So when I fill up my tank, (2001 s60) the pump will stop with only 3/4 full. I'm reading that it could be a clogged vent tube located below the gas cap. When I looked under there all I see is this:

Is this it? The only thing that is weird it has an arrow pointing away from that hole, I assumed air would be going out that hole. Anyway, I was going to take it off and blow air through it. Anybody ever do this?
