How does one open the right fuse box cover under the glove compartment? 2016 S60. I've pushed and pulled all around the box. No luck.

this is what your owners manual says -

 

Yes I have this too and have consulted it before I attempted to get the cover off. "Press the cover's lock and fold it up." means nothing to me. The Volvo support person also just read this sentence to me and that didn't help either.
