Headliner replacement caused malfunction?
I have a 2016 S60 T5 Inscription. I just had the headliner replaced. After getting the car back I noticed a new message "Volvo On Call Service required". The key fob is not connected to the car and I also got the message "car key not found" sporadically. I could still start the engine but cannot lock the doors with the fob, or open the trunk. The shop told me they didn't disconnect the battery but they will try to scan the car to see if they can find a problem tomorrow.
Anything I can try?

I picked up the car and found that the message "Volvo On Call Service Required was still kicking on after start. It seems like nothing more than a subscription ploy since everything else seems to be in working order. The technician who did the work informed me of a recall which I didnt know about that may have to do with that persistent message. The recall was for actuators in the doors and trunk that had to be replaced. I will look into it for sure. Does anyone out there know of a way to disable the volvo on call messages? From what I read (somewhere) Volvo no longer offers subscriptions so in actuality they should disable those messages free of charge. And I should win the lottery on the same day. Thanks!
