Heat/AC Fan suddenly stuck on low

Heat/AC Fan suddenly stuck on low
2013 S60 T5
The cabin fan suddenly started to go up and down for a couple of minutes then settled on low where it's stuck now. I read that it's most likely the blower resistor assembly and know it's located behind the glove compartment in earlier models but cant find the location for my model & year. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Also, should I go straight Volvo part or after- market.
