I just bought an 2006 S60 with less than 37K on it... The car is in what I would describe as Excellent conditon. It's certified with 6yr/100K warr, came with new rubber and brakes, all fluids, filter were changed (I know the service manager). Bottom line they wanted $22K - KBB stated $20K plus with the options it has... I walked out paying $20K T T & T.

Depending on the conditon and how hard you work them over plus how bad you want the car and they want to sell the car I would hit them about 3K lower than what they asked for. Don't rush the process if you can wait.... the risk is it may sell out from under you.

I used to sell cars (and it sucked) but I love to barter.

Good luck
DMac

Oh yea when you look at KBB check out the Trade in value and find out what they put into it to help you do your calculations.
