How to hear the turbo?!
Is there any way to actually here the turbo on a 2002 S60 T5.
The turbo sounds that you get with other turbo'd vehicles.
Would you have to upgrade the turbo to get that effect or what?
I currently have a stock s60 t5 with straight 3" cat back exhaust.
Thanks for any help

I haven't done it, but yes, a cone filter will do the trick. Or just go for a different intake altogether.
And, here's what you can hear by simply lifting up the top of the air filter box. Of course, you don't want to drive it like that.

Thanks guys, and S70driver.
I do not have a downpipe upgrade just the cat-back.
And I am considering the cone filter upgrade.
Anyone know any good ones?
EuroSportTuning setup good?
Thanks.

The EST intake is ok, but it cost $180.
If you want a cheap setup, just get acone filter and put it on the end of the MAF.
K&N $35-$50 (oil)/ Spectre $25 (oil)/ AEM $35-$50 (no oil)/...ect...
Then Create a heat shield, and your done. Here is mine: https://volvoforums.com/m_114459/tm.htm
