i did mine at 100k used IPD HD they are about the same cost as OEM and doing the replacement yourself is Very easy. Do plugs with OEM at the same time..
DIY as easy as loosen the lower end of the charge pipe.(the plastic tube over the engine.) remover plastic engine cover,Unplug ,remove 1 10mm bolt ,pull out pack. Replace Plug. Reinstall in reverse order.. 5 per car.

Thanks for the reply, when you changed your coils, were the stock ones giving you problems? Did you notice less vibrating at idle while the car is in gear?

I was getting a misfire that was bad enough to feel but not throw Check engine light. I replaced one for a salvage yard and with in a week a 2nd failed. So at 100k decided to replace all with IPd and they suggested the New plugs. MPG went up a small amount and engine felt stronger . I was getting that small skip from the misfire. All in all very easy and just for maintenance factor it is worth the $$..

If you are feeling vibration, you likely have a bad motor mount or two.

At 68k miles???? I hope not. I already replaced the upper and lower trq. mounts, which cut 70% of the vibration, but I can tell the engine still has vibration.
