Own an 04 S60. 10K. First Volvo. Could be the last. After purchase noticed fabric headliner just above A-pilar is pulling off of interior molding. Dealer failed to repair on two occassions. Now, plastic section just below pen holder is offset and doesn't appear to fit correctly. Other minor interior issues troubling such as carpet fit, and cheap floor mats that are loosing fabric. Have also heard strange fan noises when switching on A/C or interior circulation button. What's next?
