I would love more power and have 6gs to play with
Would a good start be s60r manifold decat and turbo up grade????
???? I know nothing about cars is there a shop in UK
That does everything i want was thinking 400 + bhp
First big brakes new belt kit steel head gasket

To add power to the T5s, there are several stages. First is the ECU as it controls the boost for any size turbo. Next is to get the air out of the turbo, so a 3" downpipe is a good add. After that, you will want a bigger turbo and bigger injectors. From that point the mods get more esoteric - and you need to consider your transmission. Manual gearboxes can handle more power than the autos, and you can even find limited slip differentials for the manuals. So say you are now in the 350 HP range for about $1500-2000US (700 for the ECU, 500 for the downpipe 200 for the injectors, 500 for a turbo (of course you can rebuild or buy used). After that, I'd do brakes, struts/springs (perhaps coilovers), heavy duty sway bars and tires/wheels unless you already have 17/18s. If you are paying somebody to do the work you need to add shop time to all this. Not sure why you can't find a tuner. I did a search on "volvo tuning UK" and found Formula Cars - The Independent Volvo Specialists...
