No washer fluid release
Few days ago my 2002 Volvo S60 was taken to service. The mechanic said that the headlight wipers damage the headlights, so he suggested to remove them. I agreed, but now my car won't release washer fluid to its windshield.
Is it possible that the headlight wipers remove can cause such a problem?
