Default oil filter location

I have an '04 S60 2.5T and I think it's time for an oil change. I was wanting to do it myself since I finally have somewhere to do it. I can't seem to find the oil filter anywhere. I was wondering if anyone could clue me in to where it's located and how hard it is to do it myself or if I should just take it to the dealer.

Hi,
Jack the car up, place on stands, remove plastic stone guard(thats the hardest thing to do), you should see a plastic housing to the left when you remove the stone guard, that is your oil filter, it is a element filter inside the plastic housing, i have purchased a special tool to remove the housing(ebay), you may be able to remove it with a belt, or your hands.

Good luck

You can order the volvo wrench for the plastic housing from SPX for $35; wrench looks like a cup. Dont break with the plastic housing.
