Default Oil Filter Location

Can anyone help me in locating the oil filter cartridge and tips on properly draining and changing the oil and filter?

Thanks.

filter should be looking at you over to the left at the front of the block,
it's a plastic housing browny, black looking thing, drain plug is in the middle rear of the block.
You will need a special tool to remove it, if you have a good filter
wrench you may get it off ???
No special tricks!!! just your regular oil change...

You may be able to remove it with your hands...
but it's always good to tighten it up to the correct torque setting..
That avoids and leaks.
Tightening with your hands is the best way to end up with a leaky filter housing..

P.s. Use a belt (clothes belt) to tighten if nessesary.
