Default Pairing issue

I have a 2012 S60 T5 and an HTC one M8 phone. The pairing worked right away and I can stream audio through the "media" section of the radio and can switch between radio and media. I can also make and receive calls. ONE of the problems I am having is that while on a call the bluetooth will switch from phone to the radio for a short period of time then back to the phone. Also the radio cuts on and off. I'm also having a problem that my phonebook won't completely sync. Occasionally when I start the car and the system finds my phone, there are some recent calls stored and some phonebook information (name of the person as listed in my phone) shows up, but only a few and it's random as to which ones are brought over from the phone. I've asked my dealership to look into this and they updated software, but it hasn't helped. Any thoughts? Thank you.

have you tried disconnecting the blue tooth module and reconnecting it? Not sure where its on the S60 (its under the passenger seat in my VW CC...) - doing a unplug/plug may help - just have your pairing code handy.
