Hi, some a**holes stole both side mirrors glasses. Passenger side will be easily replaces by new one, but driver side is broken a little bit more. How to fix that?

 

Looks like you need the mirror motor as well

The whole assembly can be replaced as a unit. You just have to get the interior door panel removed, in order to get to the wires/plugs.

The nut and bracket are easy enough, it's the reach of the plugs that require the interior door panel removed.
