I currently have a bronze 2002 volvo s60 (base model-2.4L) approx 70k miles, it does well but I would really like to give it some more juice. I found a bunch of items that caught my interest and need to know if they are compatible, worth the money, not going to harm other operating parts in my volvo, and whether or not the parts will void my car warranty/insurance.
I apologize in advance if I sound uneducated about cars, I dont know much at all but I am trying to learn as much as I can, please answer any questions you can. I really appreciate it.

Super Charger = JUNK
Stage 1 Universal Turbo Kit = If you REALLY want a Turbo then sell this car and buy a 2.4T.
Air Intake Maximizer = JUNK. Looks like a fancier version of the Tornado.
Performance Air Intake System = Yes it will probably make your car sound different (i.e. louder) but wont make much difference. Just replace the stock air filter with K & N Filter. $45 vs. $109 and probably the same result.
Performance Spark Plugs = Might make a little difference, but for $98.99 not worth it.

When all is said and done, don't waste your money.

 

damn...well is there anything I can do to improve my cars speed/acceleration other than those things? Im definitely keeping the volvo, Im just looking to improve it since its rated at 168hp, looking to get to 200-250.

Thats the filter. I use K & N in all my vehicles. I don't know if there is much you can do to the NA engines. You might squeeze a few more HP out of the engine but 200 hp t0 250 hp is definitely out of the running.

you could switch to low profile tires, that would give you a little more acceleration and make to the car feel a little stiffer. The other way to increase performance is to reduce weight, lighter rims....
