I just bought a 2012 S60 t5 a few weeks ago. I have an intermittent problem where the radio buttons on the console will not work. The buttons on the steering wheel work fine. The problem seems to go away if I shut the car off and restart. Is there a lockout or something on these buttons? It's not just the numbers, btw, it's also the TEL, MYCAR, RADIO, etc...anything on the panel. I haven't talked to the dealer yet because I can't make it happen to show anybody.

I would still take it back to the dealership even it you can't make it happen, they should be able to find out what the issue is....the car has a warranty could be a defective radio so don't just let it go if it goes back to working order have them take a look at it, called the service department and talk with the service manager! good luck
