Default Rear shocks

My 2001 2.4t with 113K is still riding on its original shocks and struts. I know, I know wayyyyy beyond their life and should have been changed out a while ago.

The rear right shock is now bottoming out over bumps. Must have lost ists pressure. I bought a set of Monroe shocks from Rockauto.com. Is there any other hardware that needs to be changed as well?? I know replacing the front struts calls for more parts than just a strut. Is that the same case as the rear shocks??

Im not sure how long Ill have the car. Maybe a year? The Monroe's will do just fine. I drive too many miles per year to keep my cars all that long.

We'll do. Hopefully Ill find time to get to them before years end. Ive had them on other cars in the past and for daily driving, they work well.
