I had to replace the heater core after i found a puddle of coolant in the drivers side. I replace the heater core and put the whole dash together again. all the lights are working but the car wont start or crank when i turn the key. any advise would be appreciated.

 

Do the lights on turn off when the key is put into position 3?

Antena ring was damaged, i replaced it volvo starts up now. Thanks
