Default Replacing Struts, what else to replace?

I have an 02 S60 AWD with 78K and i'm replacing my struts and shocks on all four corners with the OEM Sachs-Boge ones. What else would you recommend replacing while doing this?

at the least the spring seats, they get worn in and lower the car, youre going to need an alignment after all this aswell, unless you make really good markings and put everything back together close to the way it was. there is bearing plates in the front too, they go bad after a while, but dont skimp on these get the OEM ones because the cheaper ones I got had some play in them, but the noise I had is now gone. you might want to get new swaybar links too, theyre pretty cheap and easy to replace.

i dont know much about the rear other than there might be a spring seat back there too

I'm thinking of going OEM or better on all parts. Do you recommend getting the IPD Spring seats? They're supposed to be strengthened. And I can't find any parts for the rear suspension.

Have you done your struts too with this DIY? I saw this before, but it seems hard since i'm keeping stock springs too.
