Default S60 AWD squeal in heavy rain/snow

Sorry - Changed my search keywords and found a post suggesting the muffler bracket. Thanks anyway

My 2002 S60 AWD with 2.4L turbo and automatic trans(crappy manual shift /automatic trans) makes a mind numbing loud squeal/hum only when driving in heavy rain or snow. The sound is similar to a heater fan with failed bearings, though much louder. I think that it maybe drivetrain related as the sound changes as the car slows and stops completely at red lights.

Any ideas as to what could be the problem? Thanks

The driveshaft touches the exhaust due to the sudden cooling when water/slush is splashed on it. There is a TNN for the fix. I think a hanger and clamp are installed. In any event, you will see the mark on the driveshaft from the contact.
