s60 problem
we have been experiencing an unusual but serious problem with our 2001 s60.
about 2 weeks ago the lug nuts on the front drivers tire loosened while my wife was commuting to work. We had to have some scheduled maintenance done and during that ur Volvo dealership replaced and tighten all the lug nuts on that side after rotating the tires.
Since that time the nuts have loosen 2 or 3 more times, including once after just a 2 mile drive when I had just tightened them.
The dealership has the car as I type this but can't find a problem. We have about 61K miles on the car and have had no major problems.
Any ideas?

Do you have the orginal wheels and lug nuts on the car? I have heard of the happening when you put wheels on with the lug holes bigger than what is supposed to be on the car. Happened to me once a long time ago when I put Ford wheels on a Plymouth or the other way around.
