Hey everyone, just signed up today My name is a lie at the moment as I don't actually own an S60 but I will be purchasing one VERY soon. I haven't done much research on them but I always hear how Volvo's are solid cars and such (minus the S80, according to some reviews online).

I'm looking at 2001-2003 versions of the S60. I have looked at the recall section, very nice section btw. Is purchasing a used S60 bad idea? Any tips/advice? I was only looking at the 2.4T and 2.4, not the AWD version.

 

I purchased an 02 S60 and have been happy with the purchase. Haven't had any problems with mine. Approaching 78K.
