Default Are s60 and s80 brake pads the same?

I have been given 4 front new brake pads from a 2001 S80 and was wondering if they would fit my 2004 S60 2.5T? I know I can take one out and check it by myself but if somebody here knows already that would help. I am planning to do the front brake (rotors and pads) pretty soon so if I don't have to buy the pads all the better.
Thanks
Al

Hi al,
A check on Tirerack.com makes it look like they're the same pads for both an '01 S80 and '04 S60 2.5t. To be safe you can always check the part number on the new pads against the manufactures website.
