Default Should I buy this one. Need help!!!?

My friend is selling her Volvo as she just moved from Toronto. It's a 2005 Volvo s60 2.5T AWD it has 57,000 km and she was the only owner, a single woman. It also still has transferable warrantyof up to 80,000 km.She's selling it for $22,500 - $23,000. The only thing is that the interior isNOT leather and there is no sunroof and she jsut changed the two front tires.

Is this a good buy?
What other questions shouldI ask?

Thanks!

No that is not, that is way over priced. I got a fully loaded 2004 S60 R for that price, and while it may be a year older only had 32,000 miles or roughly 51,000km. As for other questions, I'd get as much work history as you can get from her, if she kept all her records from the dealership on her routine maintenance. Things of that nature... The edmunds/kelly blue book value is only $14,000-17,000 (USD).
Hope that helps... best of luck.

I'd check out local pricing for similar cars. I think you'll find that at that price-point there are a number of prisitine, loaded cars. I wouldn't buy a car without a sunroof or leather. I'd be looking for premium sound and all the options, too. It may take a few weeks for the right car to be offered, but for that kind of money I'd expect to find precisely what I wanted. Many options are grouped and leather is one of the first upgrades for most cars.

I agree with Rdriver. Without reseaching the price, that sounds like too much and consider it doesn't have leather or a sunroof. As others said, research around...

I showed her the edmunds website and the true book value of 14,500 - 17,800 $for that model year, but she said that the website is american and we are in Canadaand probably those prices have not been updated, however they probably are. I'll probably hold off on it because leather and runroof are things i really would have wanted. Thanks guys for your help!
