Default Timing timing timing

Hello all!

I've got a 2013 s60 t5. I recently did a head gasket job along with replacing the water pump and timing set.

I also did an oil change with liqui moly oil 5w30 and added ceratec.

IM now getting code p001200. I've redone the timing and used the cam holding tool so I'm sure the timing is correct. I cleaned out the vvt solenoid and gave it be seals as well as checked ohms and it was 4.Something. but the code keeps coming back after being cleared. It didn't have this code before the head gasket replacement.

Any thoughts? Usually I would think it's cheap oil or the vvt solenoid.
