Ok i have a 03 S60 AWD with 94000 on it. Over the last few months i have done some needed maintenance like Tanys flush,tune up and i have also installed a IPD TCV used IPDS Silicone Boost couplers and Replaced the Vac lines with IPds silicone line.I also put in a EST Ultra-Flo Air Intake.Now i am having issues with the car loosing power right at 60mph and thought that it was a turbo issues but after all this the problems is still there.It all most feels like at 60mph the car shifts to soon and i get what i can describe as a flutter and it takes till 65mph or so before the car regains its power.Has anyone heard or had this issues.
