I have a 01 S60 and the trunk will not close. There is no power to the opener on trunk lid and the key doesnt even make the latch turn. I checked the fuse and its fine. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you.

 

ordered a new latch today. hopefully that fixes it. dont everyone overload me with ideas now!

 

It was the latch. Put the new one in and it works just fine.

 

Happy to hear you got the trunk fixed... I hate it when it won't close and I hit a bump and dead body falls out! No officer that's not my corpse.
