Default Volvo S60 T6 quality issue

Hi I just bought 2012 Volvo S60 T6 AWD. I’ve noticed that the top edges of the driver’s side front and rear door are misaligned and not equal to each other (delta height is approx 3 mm)
Is this is warranty quality issue? Dealer declined to fix it. He showed me 12 cars on his parking lot, all of them have the similar problem either on the passenger or driver side or both! Is this is“made in China" beginning?
Please advice, I can send more pictures showing this problem.
Thank you everyone!

Wow, that is odd and stupid. Write to Volvo, send the picture, etc, most the time they apologize and try to fix it.

I'd be embarassed if I was that dealer. The doors on my 1997 960 still line up after almost 300k miles.

Thank you ALL for reply, here is the current status: dealer finally contact Volvo and per Volvo tech suggestion replaced the molding on driver's door. They bended this molding badly, basted the rubber and now it looks even more ugly then before. I refused to accept the car, called Volvo customer service. Waiting for Volvo regional manager to come over to examine the car. Whatta pain! To be continued...

To All: here is the latest update: after 10 days of phone calls, e-mails and threats to escalate the issue to Sweden Volvo sent 2 experienced techs to dealership with new molding set. They fixed the problem within 2 hours. Alleluia! End of story?
Well, this car wasn't lucky: I cut a front tire on my first trip. 2012 S60 doesn’t come with donut spare tire, repair kit was useless. I spent 2 hours waiting for Volvo assistance; dealership was closed (Sunday). Weekend was ruined. Refer to my new post "Donut tire for 2012 S60" for details.
