Default What is this part called (bumper, roller?) on the lower control arm?

Helping my son to replace the lower control arms on his 2001 s60. We got new ones and they did not come with this odd piece. Looking at after market vendors of the LCA, none of them come with it.
I can't even seem to find a replacement from online parts folk as I don't know what it is called. (or exactly what is it function). I had not talked to a volvo dealer yet but was hoping someone can identify this piece and where to get one.
Thanks in advance.

Make sure you get the one according to the Original tire size.If it rubs now,you might be able to get a thicker stop if you have a tire rubbing issue.
