I just bought a 98 s70. Runs and drives great but it has some electrical issues. Windows don't operate. Radio doesn't work. Heat, a/c, blower doesn't work. Wipers and horn don't work. I thought it was just fuses. I checked the main fuse relay panel. Everything checked ok. There is power at all locations. #2 -50amp, #6 -60amp, and #7 - 60amp fuses in supplementary fuse box check ok and all have power. Secondary fuse panel #19 - left high beam, #20 - right high beam, #31 blower climate system, #32 - audio, #33 tailgate wiper washer, #34 - windshield wiper washer - horn, #35 - instrument lighting accessories power sun roof, and #36 - rear auxiliary socket are dead. Fuses are good but no power to them in the panel. Are there any fuseable links between main panel and secondary panel. Could it b the key switch. Any help would b appreciated.

 

Most of that stuff is only operational when the ignition is on, so I would look there next.
