Question 1998 s70 glt oil leak

Hello i'm new to Volvo's and i have a 98 s70 glt, that has a decent oil leak. i have a video of under the car, from where to oil is dripping from but i'm new to cars and don't really understand what all theses parts do yet.
i'm thinking it might be something with the turbo, but can't really tell

This kind of mess is typically one of two things. First, pull the cover off the top of the engine and see if it is full of oil. If it is, then suspect the oil cap seal and/or top crankcase breather hose. If you find oil there, you'll have to clean up the mess to take that oil leak out of the loop. A new oil cap seal is easy to install and available all over.

As the oil leaks past the cap seal, it will fill the top of the engine until it runs down the back because that's the way the engine slants. There is also a drain trough built into the casting.

If the top of the engine is NOT oily, then I suspect the turbo drain pipe. There is a gasket at one end and a round block seal at the other.

here is a picture of the turbo and turbo drain pipe, there seems to be quite a bit of oil coming out of it, the car hasn't ran for a good 12 to 14 hours, and there is no more oil dripping. oil starts dripping after running the car.

These cars are prone to the cam seals coming all the way out of the bore. Totally out. You just hammer them back in. If you want you can get a new one for a few bucks. For oil to be where you are seeing it, you would want to inspect the seal under the cam position sensor (driver's side of the exhaust cam). That might not be your problem but it's worth a look. Plus it's a free repair.
