Default 1998 s70 water in #3 hole

Well could not get it to start so removed all plugs. and was doing several different tests. Then had helper turn it over for about 15 seconds and water shot out of the number three hole. Doubled checked and yep it was water.

I guess that could mean blown head gasket or cracked block or head.

I can deal with blown head gasket but what are odds head or block has a crack

Anyone with experience?

Could simply be a gasket failure but you won't know without a visual inspection anyway.
Has the motor been overheated recently?
Is the coolant reasonably fresh and at the correct water/coolant mixed ratio?
