Default 2000 V70 No cruise after engine change

Did an engine swap, all is good but can't get the cruise to work.

I've had a scout around the engine and can't see anything obvious that's not been connected. Just wondered is there's a multi-plug or hose I may not have reattached.

Anyone know if the cruise on these is mechanical (vacuum pump etc) or all electronic? Or, as I suspect, controlled by evil pixies that I've somehow managed to annoy?

Please send technical help or magical amulets as appropriate

Chances are, there is a loose vacuum line.

Hi, thanks for that - my V70 is the later one and all electronic but it's sorted now - was told that after major surgery the electronics need a bit of time to re-establish all is good and that seems to be the case - fingers crossed!
