98 is back on the road w/minor problems
Well it took Five days but I got the new engine put in the Volvo and it is running like a champ!! I forgot how much I love this car. Got 1000 miles on it since the engine swap, and just have a little anti-freeze leak easy fix.
I do have another issue though. I get a vibration at about 70 mph than it smooths back out at about 75mph, and when at highway speeds when i turn to the right I have a really bad vibration comming from the left front wheel. any Ideas I do know my half shaft/drive axel has a slow leak from the seal on the tranny but Im almost sure that has nothing to do with it.
any and all help would be great thanks again guys!

Have you had the tires checked? Balanced and properly aired up?
Mine use to vibrate a little between 68 - 72, then again between 87 - 93, then again at 105. Got them balanced and that was it. Most tire shops will balance at 35, some may go a little further. I specifically told them to balance them at 75 because I did not want vibrations at cruising speed of 72.

yea the tires should be good. I guess my big concern is the vibration on corners. It is hard to explain but it feels like my lug nuts arnt tight( but I know they are) it makes my steering wheel wobble back and forth about an inch. I dont know if this would be a wheel bearing(there is no noise involved) or maybe a tire rod end? I dont know when the last time the shocks have been changed. I bought the car with 130,000 and it has been sitting in the weeds for the last 2 years or so. I can about imagine that everything is dried up.
