Default 98 s70 program key use without factory radio
I have a 1998 s70 program key, 2 keys and the fobs, but i removed the factory radio and my red LED light doesn't flash anymore. Does this mean i cannot program my remotes at all, even though i have the actual programming key?

The radio in a 1998 s70 has nothing to do with the alarm or the remotes or the keys. (at least in the US)
