Accelerator gets stuck
Hi -
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I have a 1998 S70 with 95K miles. When I first start up in the mornings and start driving, within the first mile it feels like the pedal won’t go down to accelerate, like it has a little hiccup and I have to use a little more effort to accelerate it. It took me 3 or 4 taps this morning when it was cooler (55 degrees), whereas in the past it took just one or 2 taps when it was warmer (80's). It disappears within the first mile and I can drive normally thereafter. Any ideas? We get the car serviced regularly - every 5000 miles. Thanks.
