Anti-theft ignition wiring
My 98 S70 base was bought new by someone worried about theft. He bought a Lo-jack system, and as part of the deal, they configured it so you have to pull the "flash-to-pass" stalk when you are cranking the engine to start it. I'm tired of flashing my brights every time I start the car, and want to get rid of the proceedure.
Does anyone know how and where (on the car) they may wired this, and how I can put it back to stock? I'm not an electrical guy, but I have a fair amount of common sense. My guess is that it is probably a jump in the steering column, between the ignition switch and the stalk. Any advice will be appreciated.
