Default Anti-theft ignition wiring

My 98 S70 base was bought new by someone worried about theft. He bought a Lo-jack system, and as part of the deal, they configured it so you have to pull the "flash-to-pass" stalk when you are cranking the engine to start it. I'm tired of flashing my brights every time I start the car, and want to get rid of the proceedure.

Does anyone know how and where (on the car) they may wired this, and how I can put it back to stock? I'm not an electrical guy, but I have a fair amount of common sense. My guess is that it is probably a jump in the steering column, between the ignition switch and the stalk. Any advice will be appreciated.

+1, I would remove the lower panel and inspect the wires coming off the column. Probably only a few connections need removal. Just make sure to reattach the starter wire together securely, fairly certain that is the only wire that would be cut for the installation. All the other connections you just remove the aftermarket wire from the factory one. Tape the bare wires well.
