Car still hesitating!
After the car is warmed up, it hesitates in a weird way.
NO CHECK ENGINE light has come on, so at this point I can't read the code. So I am working blind.
My boyfriend changed my the mass air flow sensor and it didn't help at all (suggested to him by a Volvo mechanic).
Where to now? Would a bad plug not set off the check engine light?

bad plugs don't trigger a check engine light.
check all the vacuum lines, all the intercooler hoses for hairline tears (if its a glt or t5), go real slow and check each and every hose like you're looking for gold. if your spark plugs are old, change them, if your wires are old, change them, distributor cap & rotor are old, change them. old fuel filter, change it.
start with checking all vacuum lines first. remember, go slow and check every detail.
after you've done all that and it still hesitates, change your pcv system. good luck!

Went to Advanced Auto and got the computer code read.
Was mass air flow sensor all along.
So, fixed, solved, this is why the car was hesitating.
Solved!
Thanks everyone!!!!!
