Car whines for 5 minutes in cold start
Once it warms up it doesn't make that sound again only on cold starts for the first time in a day.
This is what sound my car makes when starting it in the cold, and I'm pointing towards the vicinity where the sound comes from.
Any ideas? Already sprayed the serpentine belt with belt dressing couple weeks ago.
Thank you for any input.

I'd check the power steering fluid level. Sounds like a PS pump vane issue which could be related to the valve. You may be generally low and with the cold it contracts the oil level further. I'd let it fun a few minutes before checking it or check it hot. If its anywhere near freezing or less it will be well below the cold line.
Likely candidates:
- Power steering pump has a vane or sticking valve from the cold
- Idler bearing.
- Alternator bearing.
