So I have read on the forums about the coolant idiot lights coming on even when the reservoir is full. I'm assuming that it probably is a bad sensor on my 1999 S70 AWD (it's got about 117,000 on it). Does anyone have an estimate on how much this would be to have fixed? Or is it something I could possibly do myself?

I have a 2000 and mine does the same thing. How much is the part, where do I get it and what is it called? Will any 98-00 fit? Thanks.

 

It is called a coolant level sensor.
