CV JOINT
Hello,
I was putting new tires (Michelin Harmony's) on my 1998T5. The tire guys said I needed a new CV joint. I looked, and sure enough the boot cover is gone, and it looks like grease is bleeding out. I plan on fixing this ASAP, but first I have a few questions-
1. When replacing CV joints it looks likeit is better to replace the whole axle assembly.
2. Should I replace both CV joints at thesame time?
3. Can I do this myself - (with no experience and limited knowledge)
4. What other parts may need/be easy toreplace when having the CV joints replaced.
Thank you

If you just replace the axle that will include both joint on one side.
The axle should be able to be located for less than $100.00 for each axle(Each side)
Some will charge between 1 to 2 hours to replace.
