CV joints
Hello everyone, Im new to the site.
Im looking at a 98 s70 in OK shape.
I was wondering at where I can get some CV joints for a good price because the one Im looking looking at is making a clicking or clucking sound....
Looking for some clips retaining to the door handle ( Front driver ) opens from the outside not the inside.
Also one of the rear doors open from the outside but not from inside...
Thanks again for everyone time and have a good one....

Not sure if you are driving a turbo or non-turbo but you can buy axle shafts from FCP Groten for a very reasonable price. 1998 Volvo S70 Turbo Axle Assembly-Front Left
The axle shafts last a long time so check to see if the boots are torn or are missing. If the grease has leaked out then you probably will have to replace them. There may be other reasons why you are hearing the clunking: bad motor mounts, transmission issues. Sorry not sure about the door issues unless a cable has snapped or slipped out of the latch mechanism at the inside handle or there is some issue with the door actuators.

Are you going to be replacing the axles yourself? If you are not worried about labor charges, I suggest you go to NAPA. They have re-manufactured axles for around $55 and I believe they had lifetime warranty.
Obviously, not as good as OEM, but if you don't mind changing axle every 2-3 years and you are looking for cheap ones, you can't beat those.
(I out one of those on my old 850, drove it for 2 years with no problems, and now I sold the car...axle is still good)
