Default Does anyone know the details on OEM fogs?

A buddy pulled a set of fogs from a car in the JY. They do not work. We took the lights, brackets, relay under the fuse box cover, switch, and 2 relay's from under the dash. However, I must have missed something because they DO NOT work. Anyone have the details on this?

After failing on my attempt to swap these fogs it appears that I should have done the following:

1. Pull the fogs w/brackets.
2. Pull the main light switch relay from next to the fuel pump relay.
3. Pull the switch near the shifter.
4. Pull a J relay from under the dash, far left, upper.
5. Pull a jumper wire from the relay panel under the dash. This jumper gives it power.
