Door will not open

2000 s70 4 door, drivers door will not open, all the others do, its not locked, neither the outside nor inside handles will open it. Now what? how do I get it opened so I can fix what ever is broke?

got the panel pulled away enough to see the lock from the top, now need to figure out what to push or pull to open it
