99 s-70 driver door stuck can I hear the motor but will not release the key will lock and unlock but still will not open , any help would be great

 

Man that's a tough one. I'm not sure if it is possible but maybe you can roll the window all the way down and pup the latch from the space in the window/door. If you do that, you may want to have a spare latch in hand to replace the one that is bad.

 

This is a bad one here.
I have seen it many times and opened them many times. But the bad news is you need a new latch assembly. I have had to break them apart to get the door to open. But you also might brake some of the door panel pulling on it to get it out far enough to get to the latch.

 

i knew i would have to replace the latch assembly. 4 hours in the cold couldn't open the door so breaking it off is the only way, thanks for the info

 

I have broken all the internals out then been able to hit the release to open it.
