I noticed my '98 S70 had blown the passenger side lowbeamheadlight bulb. when I flipped the highbeam switch the lowbeam light came on but the highbeam did not. I had the recall work on the headlights performed years ago and have not had a problem with them since though I have replaced zillions of other bulbs just like most everyone else. any suggestions?
