How do I remove the entire steering column?
I found a junked S70 GLT with the leather steering wheel in mint shape.
The problem is that the car is missing the key and the wheel is centered so I can not get to the screws to get the airbag out even after stalk and column cover removal.
I undid the U joint 12 mm nut in the assembly but it seems as if the tilt/telescope mechanism is keeping the column from coming out.
What to do?
I also want to remove the instrument cluster but I think it comes out with the whole dash; is that right?
