Default Light smoke coming out of dipstick tube.

Ok Im not sure if this is normal, but lately I've noticed that there is a very light smoke coming out of my dipstick tube, its minimal but its still there. Its strikes me as weird because I never noticed it before. I also noticed some dirt residue on my coolant reservoir last week. I recently flushed the radiator with distilled water and changed the coolant but today I noticed the slight residue again and a slight yellow tint to it. Any ideas on what this could be. Im gonna take it to the mechanic tomorrow but I would like to hear some suggestions beforehand. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Look up information about the PCV system (search it or look at the DIY section in the 850 forum). You didn't mention anything about your car, model, miles, turbo, etc.

Oops my bad, I own a 1999 volvo s70 non turbo. It has a little over 200,000 miles on it (not sure since I changed the speedometer cluster a while back and it has a different mileage). Ive had the car for the past 3 years and Ive given it the proper maintenance in terms of filters, oil changes, among others. Overall the car has been running extremely well up until about a week ago when I started noticing a slight vibration in the engine compartment. Right now every time I shift the car to drive or reverse I feel a very strong vibration. Im guessing it must be an engine mount, dont know if that helps. Also there is some slight oil residue under the spark plug cover.

Yes, check the mounts as well.
