Looking for help on Catch Can setup in 1999 Volvo S70 T5
As the title says I am looking for help to set up a catch can in my 99 S70' T5. The PCV system in my car was bad and I have everything ripped out to replace but I'm looking to install a catch can while its all apart. I've set up catch cans in cars before but the breather box system is a bit on the complicated side so I was looking to see if people have done it before and what there setups look like. I've researched the topic quite a bit already before posting but could only find setups run on 850's and pre-99 s70's. So I just wanted to know if someone haad a catch can setup on a post-99 S70 and if they can help me out on how they set it up and intigrated it into the pcv system. Thanks

The system has a built in "catch can" called an oil separator. Messing around with non-factory parts will probably be a bust.
You can find the crankcase breather assembly on eBay very inexpensive. You may also have the drain in the oil pan plugged up which will render the crankcase breather worthless unless you remove the oil pan and clean it out, too.
