Question Making Turbo Stutter?

Recently I had a lovely visit to look at a 940 Low-Pressure Turbo stationwagon that when going over 2000 RPM under load, it made a very nice turbo stutter when letting off the throttle.
Asked what they had of mods on it and they claimed it was stock besides the air intake, an K&N universal filter.
I have a 1999 S70 AWD that has seemingly the same low pressure turbo as the 940 with i assume the execption that it does maybe not have a CBV?
I wonder what i have to do to make the same sound? Block the CBV? (also wondering if that would damage the turbo?) Maybe replace the CBV with a BOV? Is that even possible?

TLDR : How to make the S70 2.5T 193PS engine make a healthy turbo flutter?

If you change to a BOV, you will most likely get a CEL for the engine fuel trim without a tune due to the rich mixture when you let off the gas just an fyi

You can put a high flow air filter + intake pipe to get nice turbo noises. You will get that slight whistle at idle and a vvvvvvvv stu when you give it gas and let off.

On my 06 S60 I put an IPD high flow air filter (lifetime) and snabb intake pipe kit to replace the corrugated tube.(what a PITA due to fat hands)
